A word from Club Gascon

Quality, flavour and creativity are just three words to describe Pascal Aussignac’s Michelin-starred temple to the gastronomy of Aussignac's native Gascony, where food and wine have a unique synchronicity.

Located next to Smithfield market, Barbican and Saint Paul's, Club Gascon boasts a stunning menu with dishes that focus on the very finest ingredients from the South West of France.

In its elegant yet relaxed dining room, diners are advised to order three or four dishes from the changing à la carte menu or be guided by Pascal's five-course seasonal Le Marché menu.

The Wine Cellar is as fascinating as it is extensive, composed of over four hundred varieties of wine from the South of France

On weekday lunch-times diners can try any two courses from Le Marché for just £25.00. This has been designed for busy workers with less than an hour to eat.
