Head Chef Matt Lord presents the new Spring menu, with daily additions to the specials board. Favourites from the grill include a West Country 8oz Sticky Bourbon & Brown Sugar Rib Eye Steak, a 12oz Pork “T Bone” with crackling and 10oz Barnsley Chop with coriander, cumin and orange. Desserts include a Blood Orange Panna Cotta with dark chocolate spring rolls and roasted fig, or a Custard Tart with gingerbread ice cream . There is also a pre theatre/early dining menu available from 5.30pm to 6.45pm each evening with 2 courses from just £15.00. Express Lunches are now available from Monday to Friday with a “build a board” concept for just £10.00 person. On a Sunday a traditional carvery is available, with 2 courses at £15 and 3 courses at £20.
