Celebrity chef, Ken Hom, has cooked up a storm in the vaulted cellars of the City's Royal Exchange building.

The Imperial city restaurant is more than just a pretty face; its tasty Chinese menu has something for everyone to enjoy - meat-eater or veggie, traditionalist or modern-day food explorer. Everyone leaves with a happy Imperial City smile.

The restaurants simple decor lets Chinese charm shine through, with modern stripped bricks, ceiling arches and exotic fish tanks. Not forgetting the soothing ornamental waterfall, which trickles melodically in the background. The imaginative menu pulls in some old-favourites, such as spicy chilli prawns and crispy aromatic duck, along with some rare contemporary surprises.
