• Poh pia tod - deep-fried spring rolls filled with vermicelli and mixed vegetables and served with a plum sauce
• Tord mun pla - deep-fried spicy fish cakes served with a cucumber salad and a delicate sweet and sour peanut and coriander dip
• Tom yum - revitalising hot and sour soup with lemon grass, lime leaves, chilli and vegetables
• Tom kar kai - a traditional Thai chicken soup flavoured with coconut, lime and galangal
• Moo daeng - Thai styled tender slices of roasted pork cooked in its own stock and authentic thai marinade
• Ken homs lamb massamun - a typical southern Thai dish, mild and slightly sweet curry with lamb, potato and peanuts
• Kaeng phed ped yang - chefs special rich duck breast curry with pineapple and tomatoes
