The meal

• Nachos - served with salsa and cheese topped with sour cream and guacamole
• Tempura prawns - king prawns deep fried in a crispy tempura batter and served with a sweet chilli sauce
• Sausages and mash - the best Lancashire pork sausages on mustard mash with onion gravy
• Lamb shank - braised lamb shank served on mashed potato with a braised vegetable
• Fresh fruit platter - pineapple, watermelon, orange, kiwi and strawberries, served with a mint/honey crème fraiche
