Under true Russian management, this restaurant comes up with all the classics, with the vodka to match. Try the cossack lamb casserole, back on popular demand - the delicious dish is cooked and served in a traditional cossack clay pot. Also making a welcome return is the kamchatka crab salad - unique meaty crabmeat on a bed of limed lettuce, cucumber, spring onions and a light mayo. As for the perfect vodka partners try the selection of wild mushrooms or the pickled vegetables, and that's only the starters.
