• French onion soup served with Parmesan crouton
• Beetroot and watercress creamed soup
• Foie gras with fried duck eggs and port sauce
• Globe artichokes stuffed with grilled celeriac and mushrooms, served with a spinach sauce
• Dorset crab served chilled with mixed spices, flambéed with cognac
• Black linguini with prawns, mussels and squid on a piri-piri sauce
• Griddled tuna steak served with paprika, bean and potato warm salad and romescu sauce
• Chocolate textures: choco brownie, white chocolate mousse and bitter chocolate ice-cream
• Goats cheese ice cream with honey and walnuts
• Pancake stuffed with banana mousse, toffee and fresh cream
