• Chicken fajita nachos - crisp tortillas topped with chicken strips, red and green peppers, spicy jalapenos and melted cheese. Guacamole, salsa and sour cream on the side
• Beef satay strips - marinated rump steak with peanut sauce
• Blackened salmon - char-grilled fillet of salmon basted in Cajun spices, with spring onions, mashed potato and a red pepper sauce
• Peppered steak or grilled chicken salad with mixed garden leaves, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, roasted peppers, herbs and house dressing
