In the heart of London's famous Bloomsbury district and close to the British Museum, Creation Restaurant is a smart venue with cool marble floors and comfortable leather chairs. On the walls, original artwork gives a modern interpretation of the Dutch masters. At the far end of the restaurant, behind glass walls, you can watch as our chefs prepare some exciting and original British dishes.

At the bar we have a huge range of cocktails, served by friendly experienced staff. Opened in January 2001, Creation is proving to be a very popular venue, and can cater for private parties of up to fifty persons.

• Pan fried Scottish diver scallops on sautéed spinach with garlic and herb butter
• Caramelised onion tart with smoked trout and horseradish cream
• Pan fried Grimsby cod with cockles in a light beer broth, served with new potatoes and spinach
• Pan seared calves liver with red wine sauce, baby onions, mashed potatoes and crispy bacon
• Plum and almond tart with ginger and honey ice cream
• Soft centred chocolate sponge with cherries in liqueur
