• Salt and pepper squid - lightly battered, served with a wedge of fresh lemon
• Honey, lime and cilantro prawns (gf) - marinated shell on prawns, pan-fried and served with chilli mango salsa
• Surf 'n' turf Caesar - seared lime and garlic king prawns with crisp prosciutto and free range egg on a bed of cos lettuce with garlic croutons, marinated anchovies and Caesar dressing topped with shaved Parmesan
• Chicken penne Alfredo - Creole spiced chicken with tomatoes and mushrooms in a Parmesan cream sauce with broccoli
• Malaysian spiced lamb shank (gf) - slow cooked in coconut milk and Asian spices served with steamed bok choy
• Roasted sea bass (gf) served with crushed baby new potatoes, artichoke hearts and lemon butter
• Beef ribs with bourbon (gf) - marinated and slowly oven braised until tender and finished on a hot grill with our own bourbon glaze
• Passion fruit and peach charlotte - a delicious, fruit mousse cake served with berry compote
• Tiramisu - Mascarpone cheese mousse layered with sponge drenched in Tia Maria, served with vanilla sauce and generous dustings of cocoa
