Executive Chef John Williams MBE provides seasonal menus inspired by traditional dishes put together with his inimitable ‘Palace’ style. Expect sumptuous dishes like slow roast pork belly and sea scallops with garden peas, ginger confit and pear puree; veloute of watercress with garlic and snails; and squab pigeon with foie gras brioche. Don’t miss the traditional 'Live at The Ritz' with four piece band which is held on Saturday nights and from 6th June 2014 on Friday nights also – it is an institution in itself.
